Spacious, clean, well-equipped center offering public classes, workshops with Senior Iyengar Teachers and teacher training in the art and science of Iyengar Yoga. Kim Peralta, Director, has trained in India under BKS Iyengar since 1989.
Beginners classes welcome all who are new to Iyengar Yoga and are held on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 - 9:45am, and on Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:15pm. Experienced Iyengar students and teachers attend on Thursdays from 8:30 - 10:15am.
The Iyengar method is a highly refined, detailed system that safely and progressively allows the student to go deeper. It is for ALL body types, including the most inflexible. A step by step approach to learning the full scope and depth of yoga.
